SAUMUR BLANC (white wine)
Situated in the commune of Brézé, one of the most reputable for its white wine soil, our Saumur Blanc is a lively wine and of great freshness. It realeases strong aromas of white flowers, and of particular note what we call "flintstone".

Pressing: slowly, limiting tuvring
Raising: on fine les for two months
Accompaniment: our Saumur Blanc goes perfectly with first courses, shellfish and fish. The ideal serving temperature between 10 and 12°C.
